Bridewell Cottage in the heart of Tenterden - Pass the Keys

Staircase is very narrow for older guests, but there are plenty of places to hold onto. The bath isn’t easy to get into to use the shower. Lovely looking bath but would have preferred a walk in shower.

Stairs are a hazard with a serious accident waiting to happen. Wife slipped down stairs and just managed to halt her fall. No bannister rail and stairs are very steep. Outside rear Patio area needs attention and has obviously been neglected and no gardening work has been done. Patio overgrown with weeds, some over 2 feet tall. Also garden furniture is tatty and needs either replacing or refurbished. Similary the front garden is an eyesore and needs some sprucing up. Cleaning fell short of what we expected, eg Kitchen flooring was sticky with stains, mirrors smeared, Stains on Main bedroom carpet. Parking away from property may be an issue for some also having to pay and adhere to timings etc a bit of an inconvenience
