Great host and on time as per agreement. Easy to access, an able to explain the directions. The location is a plus, since you dont need to worry about your ski equipment, just leave it in the cellar and take it on and off downstairs and walk to the entrance of the ski area.
If you need 4 beds, you have to use the sofa bed in the living room, although the sofa is comfortable, the sound from the appliances (fridge) can be quite complex to handle during the evening. Also taking showers for the whole family with warm water might be difficult since the boiler seems to run out of hot water quite fast.

Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr freundliche Dame bei der Übergabe und unkompliziert. Nah am Lift.
Wir sind mit zwei Autos angereist und hatten jedoch nur einen Stellplatz. Das andere Auto musste weit weg stehen.

Comfort and cleanliness. Private indoor parking. Fully equiped kitchen and washing machine with dryer. Great place for winter activities.
