It was new, clean quite well equipped (microwave missing but is in progress 😊). There is a stable 5G signal (up to 80 Mb/s measured) for smartphone if you thing the local Wi-Fi is not fast enough. Board games, Nintendo switch. About 15-20 minutes to two different ski centers by car.
Lot of wall outlets but sometimes not on the right place (really minor issue).
