Pet friendly, obvious evidence of previous pet "accidents" and smell. Stairways must be evidenced in photos. Guest book would be nice addition. Likely very muddy in rainy weather with adjacent construction.

Host - We went to barbaruq about 2 hours after arrival. There was NO gas in tank. Been left ope & drained out. 2nd tank empty, I text Host and did not like her attitude. She said if anyone had needed gas they went and got it themselves. I offered to get it & be reimbursed. She did not like that but since I asked she would. Eventually it was solved. Her cleaning lady brought it to us. but we have come to NC mountains for 30 years. Host have never required this. Tanks have always been full. I feel her attitude was rude. The bed was perfect and the house was lovely. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed our week there.

Property was great. Second time
We stayed here but under new ownership.
Check out process was not great. The cleaning people were dishonest about what was done on our end and we left the property very clean but they stated otherwise. Just be careful when you check out and take pictures.
