Spanish Main is an oceanfront complex with a pool, barbecue area, and private beach access. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, internet access, and more. This is the perfect beach getaway for the business or vacation traveler. There is plenty of off-street open parking available at the complex, with overflow parking in the grassy area out front. Parking passes are required. Centrally located in Cocoa Beach within walking distance to local shopping, dining, and services, and close to Publix grocery & pharmacy, Port Canaveral, Westgate’s Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, and more! Just minutes to Downtown Cocoa Beach, Historic Cocoa Village, Patrick AFB, Kennedy Space Center, and Melbourne. About 40 minutes to the Orlando area and attractions.

This was the second year we stayed at this property after Christmas and through New Year’s. We love its location and the property managers are quick to respond when things come up. We hope to come back again in 2024!

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo provides great access to the pool and beach. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids and the room setup was perfect. We will definitely book to stay here again.

We came to Florida from Indiana the week of Christmas and New Year’s to visit our oldest son who now lives here. This condo was wonderful. Loved the layout of the condo, the location to the beach and pool, and the personal touches by the owner. My only issue was communication about check-in. We were not made aware that we needed to go to the leasing office first which was 3 miles away so when we arrived we were unsure of what to do and we did not know which unit was ours for the week. Luckily, a very nice man answered when we called the after hours phone number. He was awesome in explaining what we needed to do to check in. The rest of the communication with the office was great as far as quick responses. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal during our stay and they told us they were not going to get to until we left. We would definitely stay here again though. Thank you!
