Beautiful double bed w/ pool next to the beach.

Lovely unit,impeccable,great kitchen with practicallt new appliamces.ac and shower worked well.Host Camilla and her assistant Flaco were great.Weather was perfect.Nice infinity pool but entry and exit is difficult because last step is alnost 3 feet high.I only give 4 stars because they were building a complex right nexr door and getting to and from the beach on foot required negociating 75 steps,which are not discosed in the listing or otherwise divulged at any time.

We were happy with the accommodations. Clean, comfortable, all good. Well provisioned (for four) for living necessities, cooking utensils, dishes, pots etc. Camille was helpful and quick to respond. We were there for a month and were supposed to get ‘cleaning’ and bed change once a week. It only happened one time, so if cleaning is not always possible I would suggest supplying the apartment with cleaning supplies to keep things freshened up. It is 15 min walk via beach (each way) to convenience store, but the grocery store is 40 min walk each way so a taxi or rental will be needed by most people. (And we’re walkers) There were no supplies there for cooking (ie spices etc), minimal toilet paper, soap, dish washing liquid etc. We left some things behind. Hopefully they are there for the next renter. Playa Bellenas is close. Coming back by foot you will have steps to climb to get up to to the building where it is perched in the hills.

The property was immaculate and the location is just perfect, next to Playa Las Ballenas and with grand views of the area. Our host Camila and her team made this stay perfect and were ready to help with our questions and requests. Can't wait to visit again!
