4-Bedroom Sturgis Rally Home - Right off I-90 and near Sturgis Brewing Co.

4 Bed/2 Bath home with attached two-car garage located in Vernon Heights off Exit 32 in Sturgis. Cozy single-family home with gorgeous views of the Black Hills and only 2 miles from downtown Sturgis. It is a short 0.5 mile walk to the Sturgis Brewing Company with easy access off of the interstate. Want to visit the Buffalo Chip or the Full Throttle Saloon? The location allows you to take side streets and bypass most of the downtown traffic!

Our home is equipped with smart features such as an alarm system, electronic door lock, outdoor security cameras, Nest dual-zone thermostats, Google Nest Hubs, and Phillips Hue bulbs. Guests will receive access to home controls during your stay, if desired. Smart TVs with thousands of hours of television and movie content, reliable Wi-Fi, plenty of yard space and right next-door to a neighborhood park.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a recently updated Range and Dishwasher. There is an outdoor pellet smoker/grill that guests will be free to use along with a Pergola covering the rear patio. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 upright freezers and a deep freezer. We will consolidate our things to the garage refrigerator and leave plenty of room for food storage during your stay. I will move the cars out of the garage and make sure you have a place to keep your bikes or vehicles out of the weather.

I work from home and two of the bedrooms have full size desks. Access to the main desktop computer can be authorized by request during stay. Both bathrooms have been updated recently. We've also added smart toilets with Bidet functions in each bathroom.

This house is owner-occupied all year round outside of the Rally. All we ask is that tenants take care of our home while they enjoy their time in Sturgis.

We do have young children who don't mind sharing their toys should you be traveling with your family. We also have two well-behaved husky pups. Although we vacuum religiously, they shed enough hair to build a brand new husky each week. If you have pet allergies, please keep that in mind! Also, if you have any well-mannered dogs you'd like to bring with you, we're okay with that as long as you keep them off of the furniture and use the kennel out back (not the yard) for bathroom breaks.
