All properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information.
For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

This vacation rental is currently for sale through our real estate agency. If the new owners decide not to rent, we will offer a comparable rental in place of this one or offer a full refund. While staying at the property, guests must be willing to allow a brief showing by a licensed real estate agent if one is requested. If a showing does occur during your stay, you'll receive a $100 gift card to a local restaurant so you can enjoy lunch in town while the showing takes place! Great location. Easier ski in/out than Magalloway house we rented last year. Huge new refrigerator was nice for our group. Clean with modern appliances.

Very convenient location and great layout with the new kitchen layout and having the additional bath downstairs. The large bedroom downstairs has a pretty good draft coming through the door and the fireplace is messed up but other than that it was a great rental for us

A beautiful home in a beautiful location! My family and friends and I had a great stay at Rock Pond condo. The condo itself was updated, with some very modern touches, and nicely decorated. It was comfy, yet spacious enough for 2 families. And what is better than being right at the Mountain! We had a need to reach out to the property management company and they responded right away. They were also very helpful in sending information about the area beforehand.

Excellent location, easy parking with slope side access to the lodge base area. Clean, well equipped, and super comfortable. Updated bathrooms, efficient laundry in unit, smart connected kitchen, this place is state of the art! 3 bedrooms with an additional sleeping common area bunk with loads of space. Perched with a view of the lakes, sunsets were phenomenal. We're coming back for sure!
