Max Beach Resort is a community of 72 decked-out, ocean-view residences, blending the freedom and flexibility of a private vacation rental with the services, amenities, and little luxuries of a beach resort.
Your perfect oceanfront getaway awaits in our largest and most spacious Ocean - 3 Bedroom Direct Oceanfront. With 2342 sq ft of space, this residence is perfect for larger families or spending time with friends with direct ocean view of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful sunrises throughout the residence. This 2,342 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, premium wi-fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area, washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns the kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for five or at the indoor or outdoor dining table both with seats for six. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 355 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor living room to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean with family or friends. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on the L-Shaped sofa or chair to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This ocean front residence features three spacious bedrooms. The dual master suites have floor to ceiling glass windows and access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with king beds and a third with two singles, 50” 4k flat screen television, and ample closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home for either a short or extended getaway. One of the masters includes a soaking tub, and both have double vanities and walk in showers.

- Minimum age to check-in is 25 years
- The minimum age for all guests staying in our residences is 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent.
- You’re welcome to check-in any time at the Front Desk after 4:00 pm. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm
- A $250 incidental/security deposit will be required at time of check-in
- Covered garage and uncovered parking options are available for registered guests $24 plus tax per night. One vehicle per room. Visitor parking or additional vehicle parking is also available for $24 plus tax per night in our overflow parking lot across the street.

We loved how spacious this unit was and the amenities it offered. Amazing view, fantastic gym and location. My only recommendation would be to provide a few more kitchen essentials such as a baking pan. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was great. Our last night it was very loud so I don’t know if there was just no one above us previously or if a very loud family came that last night. But the property was very clean and quiet most of the days, the beach view and access was the best and the staff were all very nice. Updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Zero complaints and would stay again (and I am VERY picky about where I stay).
