Vivanta Navi Mumbai Turbhe

We had a wonderful time. The breakfast was amazing!

Pool is enjoyable and spa awesome Clean Room Staff is wonderful Food is delicious breakfast , lunch and dinner Buffet it was great For shopping need car ride

The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel.

Consistently outstanding: Himanshu at the Vivanta front desk I've been staying at Vivanta regularly for a while now, and my weekly interactions with Himanshu at the front desk are one of the reasons I keep coming back. Anyone can give great service once. What impresses me about Himanshu is that he does it every single time. Week after week, he greets me warmly, remembers my preferences, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right, often before I've had to ask. Check-ins are smooth, requests are handled quickly, and he always follows up to make sure I'm comfortable. For someone who travels often, that kind of reliability and genuine care makes a hotel feel like a second home. He's professional, patient, and always cheerful, and he makes the whole experience feel personal. Thank you, Himanshu, for consistently going above and beyond. Vivanta is lucky to have you, and I hope management recognizes what an asset you are.
