    I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After checking in and going to the room, I realized within less than 15 minutes that the accommodations were not what I expected or needed. As a travel nurse, certain basic amenities are important for me to be comfortable during my stay. Despite leaving within 15 minutes and not using the room, the hotel refused to refund my money.
