I had a Great stay at perch, its a well maintained and clean property. Food was veryy nice too.

Had a wonderful stay at Perch Service Apartment. The place is peaceful, the neighborhood is lovely, and there’s a nice park nearby. Overall, really enjoyed my time here.

It's a decent property but they must replace the linen. Towels, bedsheets, blankets are old but luckily, we had our own towels. Also, TVs can only be used for online content but then the wireless speed is very low to stream anything.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and spacious.
Another thing, I reckon there is marriage hall behind this property and they play very loud music till midnight. So annoying...
