Although we checked in at 9 evening , rooms weren’t well clean (bathroom) . No housekeeping staff available to fix our concerns that night, next day was better after hard talks with the manager, rooms were changed. Breakfast was poor , pool was okay, air conditioning was good, staff were great guys, willing to help and facilitate our travel , EV car charging available for (0.25 JD / KW ) bit expensive but good to have. It was given free of charge for me as a compensation for the initial inconvenience .
After dealing with manager and staff , I would go there again I believe .

The hotel is generally good. It is close to the city center, the price is excellent, and the reception staff are respectful. However, they refused a late check-out, even for half an hour.
