The Emmaline was a top notch hotel to stay in while visiting Nan. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were spotless.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. There were lots of electrical outlets. There was wheelchair access in the hotel. Unfortunately the fridge was connected to the room key card and would disconnect when you left the room and took the key card. We would recommend this hotel

Check in was smooth & fast. Staffs were very friendly & helpful. There was a self-service welcome drink & a basket of orange at the lobby. I stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious, super clean, beautifully appointed. Bathroom was also very nice but with no bathtub (I don’t mind) & had sufficient amenities including toothbrush & toothpaste. The only problem I have was the instability between hot & cold water. It kept changing suddenly. Its king sized bed was comfortable. However, my room had no view and closely facing another hotel’s building. So my wife kept curtain shut all the time due to the privacy reason.
Breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of choices such as noodles, Kao Soi, daily hot dishes, fried eggs (no scrambled eggs though), bread & pastry, cereal, fruits & a few Thai desserts.
The hotel has onsite parking and is located on a quiet street but still only less than 10 min walk to a walking streets (Friday - Sunday) and many temples.
