    This is a fairly new hotel and the finishing is at a good standard. Breakfast that is provided has good options but could provide one additional hot food option. When we were there, the swimming pool and jacuzzi was not fully functional therefore we could not use it. This was one of our main reason for booking this hotel so it was very disappointing. One issue that the hotel needs to resolve is that the bathroom fan can not be switched off and it is disruptive specifically at night time when you are trying to sleep. Second issue relates to bath tray. The water doesn't flow through therefore you are standing in in dirty water while showering. So our overall impression is that this is a nice hotel with couple of minor ssues that need sorting. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
