Very disappointing experience at LogInn Stuttgart. I had a room reserved and informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive around midnight. I was told that the reception is open until 1:00 a.m., so I didn’t expect any issues. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception. The doors were closed and the only option was an intercom. The person on the other side gave me a code for the key box, but it didn’t work. When I told him that the code wasn’t opening the box, he simply said that if the code doesn’t work, there’s nothing more he can do. After a very long and exhausting day at work, I was left standing outside the hotel for almost an hour, unable to access my room. No real assistance, no solution, no sense of responsibility. This is not what you expect when you have a confirmed reservation and clear communication about your arrival time. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Overall good experience cause of the main person behind the reception at the day we arrived. He helped us in every query we had. Other than that, room was tidy but not clean to a proper standard. You can only order to eat (if you don’t go to the centre). Again, for families with small kids is not an ideal location/facility. Breakfast was “okay”

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a good selection. On site laundry was convenient. Staff was very helpful in downloading the we wash laundry app which ran the washer and dryer. Hotel allowed us to extend our stay one night which was very convenient. Location is a short 20 minute walk to the Porsche Museum and Porsche manufacturing complex. Would recommend this stay escpecially if you have a vehicle.

Hotel located on a small street off main road. It has on site patking. No air conditioning at night. Poor air circulation in room. Bad toilet smell in room due to weak or no air circulation. Got staff to unlock window for getting fresh air into room. Breakfast included was very good.

Brilliant, the hotel room and the staff were perfect! The staff member checking us in was so friendly and gave us information about a local spring festival to visit. Bar in reception sold pizzas and cocktails till late, with outdoor seating. Location was fine for us, just a train ride into Stuttgart centre/ Bad Canstatt. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Loginn Hotel. Our suite was really spacious, the bed extra large, and the kitchenette fully stocked. Overall the room and hotel was clean and stylish with some fun whimsical touches. And the service was exceptional. The only issue we had was our bathroom had a strong tobacco smell, which seemed to come from the vents. This smell did not exist in my parent’s bathroom, so it may have just been the location of our room. The staff was extremely apologetic and helped to remove the scent as much as possible, but it persisted for 3 days and unfortunately no amount of febreeze could make it go away.

This is my first time of staying at Loginn Hotel, a branch of Achat Hotels. I am really impressed! This is excellent Hotel/ Apartment Option. One of the best for anyone. Travelling alone or in groups/ families. Very clean. Good quality facilies and beautiful interiors 😍😍😍

This property misrepresents their amenities. They claim their rooms are air conditioned but when we arrived, the room air condition unit did not work so we left. Property would not respond to request for refund. Their parking situation is also a bit odd. Even though there are plenty of street and unmarked surface parking available, they force guest to park unground for an extra fee. They claim they are for existing guest. I would not stay here again.

Booked due to its newness. Turned out to mean nothing. Check-in took 30+ minutes due to lack of perpetration by staff. They’re trying to be “too tech” but nothing works correctly. After a long day and long check in, the air conditioning didn’t work! Staff was very friendly this particular eve and did come open the windows with a special key, but that left no way to regulate the room temp. My significant other froze. Upon checkout and having paid for the stay, parking €13/nt abs breakfast, I asked for a room discount for the inconvenience. I was met with a condescending response that a technical issue wasn’t their fault and not a reason for discounts ( really? Your client comfort didn’t matter to you?! ) but was given an email address to further waste my time to ask for a concession. They have very limited outside parking. We were forced to pay for parking. Breakfast was ok but not overwhelming. And finally, none of their tech actually works, they’re trying to hard on the wrong aspects of hospitality. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Hotel is pretty new and that means everything. All is nice, clean and undamaged. And price is superb. Porsche museum is 10 minute away on foot or 3 minutes by car. So for Porsche enthusiast, petrolheads or just a visitors of Porsche Museum is highly recommend.
