    Rooms were clean and shower had good water pressure (more and more rare these days). Halls public areas hadn't been cleaned in a while. No locks on any out doors. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage every day. We ate elsewhere after the first day. For *** a night it was a place to sleep. Good location for Louisbourgh and Sydney but not for Cape Breton sightseeing.

    Room was very clean. Staff are the best. Breakfast needs to be eliminated ed or updated. Throw out the old coffee perk. Hot coffee is important. Change hot breakfast to Danish, muffins, yogurt and fruit. I understand the manager is from Ontario and never seems to be available. Perhaps he can read and make adjustments. Don’t ruin this beautiful facility!!!

    Felt like I should be packing heat whenever walking out of my room and through lobby. Room felt like it may have been used filming an episode of breaking bad. Wore socks when walking about…
