As an IHG member who has stayed in many USA hotel, I have to say this was. The largest room ever! Heater/Aircon slightly on the noisy side. Not much to do in local vicinity. Definitely need a car to move around the local area. Overal a good stay.

Stayed here for two nights with my parents - for the close proximity to Franklin Square Medical Center where my dad had a scheduled surgery. Booked the accessible king room with pullout sofa. The hotel is very accessible, and it was easy for my dad to use the lift and navigate the room and bathroom with a walker. The room was spacious and well equipped with a large tv and fridge. The bedding was comfortable. The hotel is efficient and value-oriented so no frills on service. I had to collect extra towels and a blanket from reception but they were swift in providing them. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good and not overcrowded, encouraged grab and go which was great to take a snack to my dad. Again, not a luxury stay but rather efficient, clean and spacious. Excellent for anyone who needs a home base for proximity to the hospital.
