    Room was great and prepared with an eye to detail. All requests were seen to promptly and services were provided as needed. The staff were friendly and respectful especially with my daughter (who isnt even 2 yet.) It was a great experience.

    מדובר בבניין שחלק ממנו שייך לסו-סוויטס, ולכן יש הרבה אנשים שמסתובבים בבניין ואינם אורחים. האוכלוסיה בסביבה נראתה מפוקפקת, אבל המיקום יחסית טוב. לגבי הדירה עצמה, נראה ברור שתוכננה לתת מענה נוח ואיכותי לאורחים, אבל עם הזמן הלכלוך והבלאי הצטברו וללא תחזוקה וניקיון יסודיים, יחד עם הבניין המיושן והסביבה המפוקפקת, מרגיש קצת זול ולא נעים. הדירה לא הייתה נקייה - נראה שניקו ממש בחיפזון. ידיות הדלתות, הקירות, הרצפה- הכל היה מלוכלך ולא נעים למגע. המיטה , המצעים והמגבות היו נקיים והמקלחת הייתה בסדר. לצערי הוויפיי לא עבד… בסך הכל ביחס למחיר (כ-130$ ללילה ברגע האחרון באוקטובר לדירת 2 חדרים ענקית עם מטבח, 3 מקלחות, סלון ומכונת כביסה ומייבש) זה היה בסדר. אנחנו מצאנו חניה בחינם ברחוב ללא בעיה, אבל הזמנתי חניה מראש באתר ולא ברור לי האם יתבצע חיוב או לא - לא הצלחתי לקבל תשובה חד משמעית מהם… חשוב לציין שכל צוות סו-סוויטס הוא וירטואלי, כל תקשורת היא בטלפון או מיילים ובשעות הערב יש אפשרות לשוחח רק בהודעות טקסט. יש חובה להעלות פרטי אשראי וצילום ת״ז לאתר שלהם כתנאי לצ׳ק אין ולי זה לא הרגיש נוח.
