The bathroom was amazing!
I did not like that the fireplace was not functional and they should have been communication and compensation regarding that just like the broken massage chair. If no luggage accommodation is going to be offered then alternatives should be proposed! It is silly in a smaller city to not offer luggage drop off.

This place was great for my family and I. They loved the private onsen and overall it was mostly clean. The only downside was the mold on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. But other than that, we loved it here.
