    The location was excellent, very close to Southern Cross Station, making it easy to explore Melbourne CBD and getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it an overall positive experience. While the value for money was good, the cleanliness could have use some more attention.

    I always stay here when we go to Melbourne. Its in a perfect location, easy to get to from airport with skybus and trams and trains to all locations a few mins away. The included breakfast is great, coffee is average but its free so not complaining. We left very early for the airport and they actually give breakfast on the go. Another added benefit. Rooms are always clean, beds comfortable and rooms have everything you need. Highly recommend

    Room: We stayed there from 27 June to 4 July (1513 and 2513). Heater/Aircon in both rooms are capped at 25’C set point. Even though we set the highest temperature 25’C, the room is still cold and thermostat shows 18.5 no matter how we adjust the set temperature. We feedback this to hotel staffs and they changed the room from 1513 to 2513 but the temperature is still the same. Looks like room insulation is very poor. Better avoid if you want to stay warm. Breakfast: there got free breakfast but food choice is limited and taste is terrible. Location: that’s the only good thing about this hotel. You can access anywhere since it is located just across the southern cross station.
