    We arrived around 9:30pm, the check in was smooth and efficient. Reserved the shuttle for next morning. The diner was already closed pat 10pm but water, some snacks and ice cream available. The room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle took us to the terminal, while from the airport you need to go to the Federal Circle station. Left at 6am bus and the reception gave a breakfast to go, which I did not expect. That was very nice of them. Location is one of the closest to the airport so very recommendable.

    I arrived to JFK late night so I booked here. When arrived to federal circle and call for pick up they said 35 minutes to pick up. So, I ordered an Uber. Before the Uber arrived (5mins) a shuttle was there… so why they said 35 minutes? Cancelled Uber and took shuttle. Great shuttle but the fact they said 35 made me book and pay cancelation fee… Next day to go back to federal circle… the driver was all times texting.. he was going to drop first T4 and T1 I believe but cause he was texting, he reentered T4! Made such a long trip.. federal circle is just 5 mins away but his distractions made the trip to almost 30 minutes!!! I had a bus to catch in Penn station and I barely made it, a guy had a car rental and he was saying how he was already late… cause it’s something u expect to b quick but ends in 30 minutes cause driver is texting… So, no communication on first shuttle.. and second shuttle like this… I stayed for the closeness to airport so the shuttle was the important part and both ways … they gave me problems

    Overall good stay. They accommodated a very early check in with a small acceptable fee. Hint of smoke smell in the room. Front desk and breakfast staff were very attentive.
