Only downside was thin walls and loud neighbors. The hotel was super clean and beds were comfortable!

I stayed there for three days with my family, and everything was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly, the facilities were lovely, and the breakfasts were fantastic!

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was very quiet and absolutely no road noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This was an unusual hotel stay in Niceville, because we usually stay with our son and his family. But the other grandparents were in town occupying the guest bedroom. This Tru is our favorite place in this situation.
Everything was great. Clean, comfortable room for a good price. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. When we got there, the room was set for 65. We wanted it at 70-72. I had to fight with the thermostat because when I set it to 70, it automatically turned on the heater. So we turned the whole unit off until the room got to 70, then put the AC back on. Not a big deal.
We'll stay there again when the need arises.
