Convenient location for Disneyland Paris but no lift is a big downer

Alright for a quick stay

Rooms were very comfortable, everything works. Very quiet. Sufficient parking.

There are no lifts, so be prepared for stairs. There was no wifi in the 3 nights we stayed there. We asked the reception to reset the router when we arrived but he didn't think there was a problem. Breakfast is alright but rather limited- one croissant per person. The bread is super. Hotel is located in an industrial area, no restaurants and cafes around and a bit dark.

Free parking which was nice the room was big and comfy lady at the front desk was very helpful

The bathroom had a few problems fx very strange bad smell and the showerhead leaked and sometimes sprayed on the floor. The location is bad but i knew that going in but fine for one night

The hotel is comfortable and clean.

The surroundings are not that great, but I knew that when I booked it. It did not bother us. Location is about a 25 mins walk from the train station, to get to Paris.

Nice stop over on a business trip

Nice and clean hotel, free parking with lots of space. A bit away from the city but reachable by foot as well.

Pleasant stay that met our needs

The location was close to Disneyland which is where we wanted to visit during our stay. The host was willing to stay late for a late check-in (although we ended up coming earlier). While some of the basic facilities didn't work, the host managed to help fix the problem after requesting for those facilities. The place had sufficient parking.

Some of the basic facilities didn't work (although this was patched later) The place didn't have an elevator. This was not so much of an inconvenience as it was a short stay and we had very little baggage, but it would've been a bit of a shock to find out there is no elevator if we had arrived with big bags. May be it was listed on the property but I don't recall reading it.

Staff was friendly.

Noisy railway in an industrial area. No restaurant nearby. Rooms were too hot so we had to keep the windows open. Cheap and flimsy equipment. Bathroom strongly smelled like canalisation.

The room was clean and organized.

The staff at the reception was a bit slow. Initially she said there is no booking but then she found out that we have reserved a booking. Similarly, for the dinner food, she said there is nothing and then she provided the food. So, it was a little confusing.

It is embarrassing to charge extra € 160 ( for 6 days) for airconditioner once we have already booked and paid inadvance. I was very upset😡😡

Het is erg gehorig, je hoort echt alles van de buren. Hotel zit ook naast een spoor. Kamers zien er op het oog netjes uit maar ik vond nog een verpakking van een ‘leuke nacht’ onder mijn bed.

Très chouette établissement

Le personnel très accueillant et très agréable. La localisation par rapport à notre objectif du séjour (proche de Disneyland paris). La propreté de l'hôtel et de la chambre. Le chauffage fonctionnel et déjà mis en route à notre arrivée était vraiment appréciable vu qu'il faisait assez froid ce jour là !

Le parking est un peu petit et en arrivant tard c'était un peu compliqué de se garer Je ne sais pas si les gens présents étaient juste bruyants ou si c'est une question d'insonorisation mais on entendait pas mal les bruits du couloir.

Chambre agréable et très propre mais problème d'isolation avec l'extérieur

Accueil agréable, belle chambre avec une très bonne literie. Petite salle de bain mais bien fonctionnelle. Propreté irréprochable, bravo. Petit déjeuner simple mais tout à fait correct.

Isolation phonique catastrophique vis à vis de l'extérieur. Voies de chemin de fer à 50m, des RER jusqu'à minuit et qui reprennent à 5h. Vous avez l'impresioin que les RER passent dans votrre chambre.

Plusieurs problèmes importants : insonorisation inexistante (on entend tout des voisins : douche, télévision, conversations téléphoniques), chambre non propre avec des taches importantes sur les draps, fuite d’eau au niveau du lavabo, et pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Impossible de se reposer correctement.

Le frigo était sale, sentait vraiment mauvais. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre, et dans la salle de bains, chauffage qui fonctionne mal, très désagréable de se doucher dans ces conditions. Très mal insonorisé, on entend les conversations des voisins et tout ce qu'ils font !

Quartier glauque, dans une zone industrielle éloigné du centre ville. Inatteignable sans véhicule privé, l'hôtel est difficile à trouver. Le petit déjeuner payant est d'une qualité médiocre. Il n'y a pas de charcuterie, du fromage tranché sous vide, un jus d'orange en poudre.
