Good location, clean rooms, and generally good facilities. The stay was comfortable, but for the price, there is still room for improvement. The biggest challenge is the staff experience. Service really depends on who you encounter. Some staff are warm, friendly, and helpful, while others can come across as less accommodating. Different personalities are understandable, but the level of service should be consistent. Overall, a decent stay, especially because of the location and cleanliness. Better consistency from the staff would make a big difference.
    8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026
The room was nice and the bathroom had 2 sinks and a shower, which was nice. However, the hallway and the lobby had a smell that reminded me of a hospital or a nursing home, that was very unpleasant. Breakfast was nominal, smaller than I expected from a hotel in this genre, but it was okay.
    9.2 / 10Outstanding·Mar 2026
The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable sleep with reliable hot water and strong wifi. The location made it easy to get around on foot, adding to the overall convenience. Staff were friendly and helpful, though there's slight room for improvement in service and facilities. Overall, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

They were short staffed, making rooms not ready, log check-in time after pre checking in online , I have stayed a total of 5 nights and only 1 of those mornings was the pancake machine working . I have to ask for towels every day, no one checks my trash or anything.
