The property was clean but had a funny odor. Most like from being shut up for a while.
Everything was clean, modern bathroom & plenty of space.

The accommodation is in a very nice area, easy to reach with tram and metro. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
On the downside the windows are straight to the street and it's on a ground level so you'll probably keep the curtains closed in order to have some privacy. The street is busy so you will have a lot of people passing by right in front of your room. You can also hear the cars passing by, but that personally didn't bother us.

the staff was satisfactory from every point of view. reactive, quick to respond and Sonia was very helpful both before check-in and after check-out, friendly and kind, I will definitely book with them again if I return to Vienna.

The outside is still being worked on but the actual inside of the room was great. Location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the center but there were still stores and restaurants near the actual room.
