Wanted to spend one last night here before the renovation and had a great time. Beds were comfortable, happy that the sauna was working and the staff in the gold floors lounge were wonderful. Can't wait to visit next year 😊

Even though the hotel is a bit old and tired (it will close for a year for a very welcome renovation of the 340 rooms and amenities), Eren and his staff made the stay incredibly enjoyable. They bend backwards to accommodate your every wish and treat you like royalty. Truly exceptional, well done!!
