Sometimes it's the small things that makes a difference.. for me yes I want a place that is upscale and nice as possible, but what really makes me want to come back is the small things like a friendly staff even to the cookies in the foyer, The real wood fireplace. It all adds up.. Thank you

although the itself is old and unattractive but inside is completely 360 degrees turned. the interior is modern and tastefully decorated. the room is large, clean and comfortable. breakfast is basic. but perfect for a short weekend escape from the city.

from the beginning it was wrong when I made the reservation on the application because the application showed me some impeccable rooms when we arrived the receptionist was rude and unprofessional I could never see a smile on her face she sent us directly to the basement the room was very ugly, dark and smelled of humidity, I went to reception to see if I could change my room she said flatly NO, and offered me another one for almost double what I paid, I have worked 25 years in hospitality and tourism and guests should not be treated that way in the end we had to spend the night listening to the conversations of the people upstairs and walking, I will never return to that place I do not recommend it at all ...
