Very convenient location for Visby and good for self-catering. Internet was spotty.

It was a fine place to stay for a while.
It was nice with a view over the habour.
We didn't meet any people at the place. It was self- check in.
Also the place was nice and clean. I would have liked a little more cutlery.
One of our towels had brown spots and so did the kitchen towel. Also the one matress didn't look nice and had brown spots. Also the one light in the bathroom didn't work. We also only had 3 cups, but 3 of glass, plates etc.
Where do you go with these questions or remarks when there is no reception?
