I paid for a triple room but I was arranged a tiny twin room on the day I checked in. I even couldn’t open my two 28-inches luggages in the small room. I had two terrible days staying there with little space to move around. I paid for a bigger triple room in order to accommodate my big luggages. The man at the front desk said that they didn’t have a triple room and told me to ask the agent. I did pay a higher price for a triple room. I asked for a refund of the price difference but nothing is heard from Agoda since I reported my case to Agoda a few days ago. A triple room is more expensive than a twin room. Whether it’s the problem of Agoda or the hotel, the experience was not good. I hope that Agoda can refund early.

Make sure you check in first before entering the car park otherwise you could be told off. I was told in a bit grumpy way that I should have stopped in front of the main entrance to check in and get the entrance code, pay for parking and only afterwards use the car park. It was a bit weird.

No flexibility with chevk in times. No staff on desk. Unfriendly vibe and quite impersonal.
