There's lots of roaches in the rooms. I don't recommend it. When I open the room door the first thing I saw was roaches in the door frame, I went in and there were more in the room. I left the room immediately and told the (virtual) front desk agent about the roaches problem and that I wasn't gonna stay cause I was with my babies and there were too many roaches.
IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

I stayed here on a trip last year and this was a strange lodging experience, to say the least. Check in is done via a virtual human at a virtual kiosk (I already hate this, so impersonal), the rooms look like the staff attempted cleaning and then got tired and gave up half way through, I can’t remember if there is a pool or not but it isn’t something you would want to swim in if there was one
