Great levels of service and friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location and having an outdoor pool is a distinct bonus.

Excellent staff although the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. The security staff, the doormen, the restaurant staff, the in room dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly.

Staff very well presented, friendly and courteous.
Room was clean and even had a small fridge and a (chargeable) min-bar.
Food excellent.
