Our group of six had a fantastic stay at Moxy Taichung! The hotel was cosy, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
The location is unbeatable—it's just a 1-minute walk to the MRT station, and there's a shopping mall directly across the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city.
What made our stay even more enjoyable was the staff. They were young, energetic, incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, Moxy Taichung offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We highly recommend it for families, groups, or anyone visiting Taichung, and we would definitely stay here again!

The most important thing for a business traveler is a good bed. Moxy has one of the most comfy beds so far. It's also very interesting as the room concept allows guests to design the layout on their own.

The property offers a great level of cleanliness, making for a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Its location is also a strong point, with easy access to transport and walkable areas nearby. However, the room size felt a bit cramped, and the facilities didn't quite meet expectations. While the view was nice, the staff could have been more attentive to enhance the overall experience.
