Has a bit of a smell when we entered the room but after I turned on the dehumidifier, the smell went away. The onsen is a plus. Location is great too, near train station but about 8 min walk to canals

I dropped my key card and was told I would be charged ¥2000. That is ridiculous! Digital key cards are suppose to be cheap and secure so charging guests ¥2000 is a crime. Terrible service.
