    Very clean and well situated hotel near the train station and the Bikan Historical area.

    Very impressed with this hotel. Has the luxury business vibe when you entered it. Friendly and helpful staffs. Cleanliness is great, room is slightly small but its fine for 2 luggages. Location is fantastic, near the bikan historial site and Kurashiki station. There is also a mega mall and outlet park at the other side of the train station. Breakfast spread was decent and great. Overall, enjoyed my stay here.

    I dropped my key card and was told I would be charged ¥2000. That is ridiculous! Digital key cards are suppose to be cheap and secure so charging guests ¥2000 is a crime. Terrible service.
