Good and clean hotel. Decent room size. The location is bang in the old town but consider minimum vehicles coming and going from this area. For all tours with pickup, we had to walk 10mins out of the old town to the city center. Otherwise, the hotel is decent and the staff is very very friendly and helpful. They helped us book our airport drop where in the taxi came at our doorstep. Very kind staff would rate them 10/10.

This hotel was at a great location and the room and sheets were clean. Size of the room was small but comfortable. When I checked in the guy at the reception was curt. He kept saying I had booked a standard room & that the hotel only had one of those which was on the 3rd floor. I was also told there was no breakfast served. I was pretty sure I had booked a room with breakfast. The TV was an old monitor with only Turkish channels. There were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. The pillowcase although clean was torn. I had to call the reception twice because the TV remote did not work easily. He fidgeted around with the cable to get it to work. There was only 1 English channel which only played news. I had to also call once more for him to show me how to work the AC remote because they had the controls set for heat and it was rather warm in the room. Other than that it was a clean and centrally located hotel.
