Lovely spacious room with spectacular sea view. Would definitely recommend. Owners are nice and helpful. Short walking distance to the local beach and only 5 mins drive from the city centre

Spectacular and quiet place to stay . First thing that comes to mind about this lovely boutique hotel is how SPOTLESS everything is . Everything about are stay was memorable . From the immaculate rooms, best shower and water pressure in all of Turkey, bed was like a cloud , and a delicious full breakfast every morning with the most breathtaking view . Hotel was situated a few minutes to the city center and down from the hotel was beautiful public beach . Location could not have been better. The staff was just lovely . A special shout out to Emrah who was so kind , so helpful , so respectful , and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special . 11/10 stars !! Thank you !

Our host Burak was very nice and welcoming, offered us coffee and water when greeting us and also when we departed. Our room was clean and cute, we had a partial view of the sea, however i know other rooms have a full view. Very comfortable bed as well!

Exceptional hotel near Kas. Very clean and comfortable. Stunning views of the Kas Lagoon from all balconies and from the rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. The staff are very polite. Cool normal (no pontoons) beach is 5 mins walk.
