My stay was perfect at PC MalamJabba. The check-in and check-out was seamless. The Hotel is near to Ski resort for which tickets can also be purchased at the hotel facility.

We stayed at PC malam jabba for 5 days. Had such a lovely experience. The staff at the hotel is very very accommodating and welcoming. The services are incredible. Would love to revisit.

1. Location is ofcourse great as on the top of a hill overseeing the skiing resort of Malam Jabba.
2. Restrurant staff not well trained.
3. Bathroom needs major repairs.. i.e. toitel seat broken, drain sounds like my grandma's 50 year old bathroom, there was bathroom tub but no standup shower (head), the sealant of the bathtub clearly visible and done very unprofessionally, toilet flush partially working and splashes when you flush, etc
4. We requested a baby cot for our 8months old baby but when provided; seemed that it was completely broken and then hotel staff fixed it putting random screws when made it unsafe. Since it was hard screwed the height adjustable feature was no more there making it unsafe for the baby because baby could easily jump out and fall at night..
5. They said they have 3 restrurants and 1 cafe. It is a scam.. the Chainese retrurrant didnt have more than half of the menu available.. upon asking they said that no one really come dine here so we don't keep all items (especially seafood).
There is one restrurant on the ground floor which serves 2 menus and they call that 2 restrurants.
The cafe has about 6 tables with an area of a size of a hallway.
Its a joke.
1 outdoor unheared swimming pool where the water didnt look all that great.
1 snooker table and 1 table tennis (which were never vacant) with a small gym
Overall, I would not spend 5 star money and stay at-best at a 4 star hotel.
This hotel doesn't even come close to real 5 star hotels like PC Bhurban or Sarina Islamabad.
