    The place is accessible but the tiles going to the elevator is slippery when wet, not happy with the food. No cups for coffee.

    There was a slight mix-up with the booking but was resolved quickly and efficiently. Love the boutique hotel vibe, with amenities close by. Wi-Fi was fast. Appreciate the staff for cleaning the room everyday despite only staying for 3 nights.

    Room was well-equipped, not noisy too. Check-in was fast and the receptionist is very attentive, even helping us out to book a van service right on the spot.

    Unfortunately this was our least liked hotel that was stayed at. The room was dirty especially the bathroom! It has mold and hair from probably the previous lodgers. The water pressure is also terrible, it goes on and off while you are showering. The room was cramped and even though the aesthetics are nice, the build of the room was mediocre at best. The front desk lady was also not pleasant to talk to especially about explaining their laundry service. The breakfast was alright but the chef was really nice. The cleaning crew were sweet but they do not clean well. The pool was dirty and nobody was cleaning it, the same dried leaves stayed there throughout our entire stay. The service of this hotel could be improved because the design in appealing. Overall it was in a great location, but for a few dollars more we probably could have stayed somewhere nicer. That's my honest opinion after staying here for 5 nights. We almost booked another hotel :(
