I would rate it a 9/10 with the positives as follows :- 1. Amazing Resort, it has everything that is needed for a great holiday 2. Amazinggg Food, each restaurant/bar was fantastic .. there are 14 of them on the property and we ate at almost all of them .. the Pinacoladas are to die for ! 3. Most staff are courteous - special mention to our Ambassador Limbu and the Manager Sony who went out of their way to make our trip comfortable since we were travelling with an infant Negatives :- 1. Our initial ambassador assigned was Vitalii and suffice to say, he was not accommodating at all and ignored or brushed away almost all our requests , which was frankly rude and unacceptable to us. We asked for a change in Ambassador and since then, our trip was amazing. 2. The Kids playzone called "Kidz World" has hourly activities instead of a free play area or a soft play area where kids can play any time of the day. It meant that if at a particular time of the day , the activity that was on was not suited to our child we could not leave her in the play area. That was an inconvenience. They should have a soft play area where kids can play anytime in parallel with any specific theme based activity. Also , the swings slides etc are all outdoors and the burning heat meant that they could not be used .Please consider building a shade as throughout our 4 day stay there, we did not see a single child using the HUGE outdoor play area at all. 3. Only 1 restaurant is open for lunch (Tempo) apart from bars which serve pub food. The other cuisine based restuarants like Kaage or Takrai could be opened on a rotational basis for lunch so we get more options. 4. Rooms are good without being luxurious Anyway, these are all just ancilliary points in terms of our overall holiday experience. All in all it was a fantastic holiday for our 10th anniversary with our daughter. Once again we would like to specially thank Limbu and Sony for their hospitality. Overall,

Staff are very accomodating even the drivers. Lots of activities to do which you'll bot be bored. Life in this island is very alive. From foods to drinks and experience is nice!

Very bad experience, zero management, For Indians vegetarian same food given for 2 days, not friendly staff specially our ambassador Ms Mei. We booked ocean villa with pool and slide but not able to use the slide in 4 days.
