    The room was overlly smeeled like some kind of spray to keep room smell good , however it was too much, that caused me headach and had difficulty falling asleep! Staffwere great and location was good

    Night front desk Employee was not helpful .She didn't explain anything to us while we check-in and no smile no greeting everything was missing from her side we have to ask her everything .This is first time i got this kind of experience in my life And we don't expect this kind of service from Hilton after paying *** plus dollars for one night.

    I called to ask to have our bedding swapped for feather-free and I was told the entire hotel is feather free. I told her it feels like feathers but I would check. I took the pillow case off and there were feathers poking through the pillow confirming my thoughts, the name of the comforter also confirmed that it was down feathers. My daughter and I are allergic, it makes my eyes itch but it makes her throat feel itchy which is worse. I called the front desk again and was told that have gotten rid of all of the feather products a while ago and those just have snuck through. She sent up a man with bedding in a giant rolling laundry bin and he just stood there, I looked confused since any time I’ve had this happen before at other hotels they change it for you, he basically told me to take what I want…I had to change it myself. I stayed there because they are feather-few, if I knew they had feathers I wouldn’t have because there are many other hotels in the area that are truly feather-free. I rated them a 2 for cleanliness because of saying they were festher-free and they weren’t, but beyond that the hotel is very clean. Breakfast selection is very poor, better off at a Marriott company hotel or even the Choice Hotels.
