Staff is welcoming. The room was clean with high ceiling. There was a water cooler in the hall. Comfortable location.
They have a free room-delivery from a good restaurant that is located on the 1st floor.
Breakfast is OK, but for 15000 dram for a night it's great. The only thing about breakfast that concerned me is that it lasts for only 1.5 hours.
I stayed for 3 days, and each day I had some eggs with ham and apple juice. Then I went to Agarak bakery (2 min walk) to have some high quality coffee with French desserts.
They also have laundry service. We paid 2600 drama for 3 T-shirts and one pair of shorts. They were returned to us clean and ironed in just 4 hours.
If I ever find myself in Gyumri again, I will definitely stay at Araks!

It is situated at prime location which is near to the main square and the main market around a round about.

The hotel itself is really nice and clean. The room has basic things you need such as shampoo and soap if you're not carrying ones with you.
The best thing for me is having a bidet. Yeah, it is very important for Asians. It'd be better if it was a hand bidet.
The location is right at the centre of Gyumri. So it's close to everywhere you might want to explore.
One thing that disappointed me was the check-in. It wasn't so expressly as mentioned.
