The picture of a cabin was what we booked for. The property was a trailer and not a two room cabin.

The cabin was advertised as “rustic”. That we could have handled. But, within 10 minutes after entering the cabin, we were overwhelmed by the musky, damp, stale environment. Both of the ladies in our group have asthma and immediately reacted to the air. They refused to spend the rest of the night due to their difficulties in breathing.

Need a taller bed, there were no coffee mugs and only 3 coffee filters, half the lights and ceiling fan did not work, there was only 1 porch chair and no grill on site.

It had sufficient (old) amenities although the beds were hard and a little uncomfortable. Cabin 7 had no parking space but the biggest issue was that there were rats.

Booker because of the ratings. Ad says secluded and quiet. First cabin had not been cleaned, but was up and away from main road. Second cabin we were moved to had air freshener sprayed and the bed was made but it wasn’t clean. It had been destroyed from a party and you could see where pictures were ripped off the walls, splashes of food and drinks were on the walls, all of the cookware was filthy. I spent the entire night of our first night cleaning. Called and spoke with property manager. She was nice and advised we would be getting a refund, but have not heard from her since. Will update when I hear back.

First place had a sewer issue but was clean and TV did not work Lindsey was very professional and moved us to another cabin which also had T V broken and unable to to use but was clean and plumbing was way better the place was in need of some TLC on the lawns and limbs were down, guaranteed a place to ruff it .Manager was really working at our comfort.

I never received an email from anyone about needing the credit card info until I was at the cabin. I never received my code to get into the cabin and could not reach anyone at the cabin property management and after hours of trying finally reached an Expedia employee whose only help was to put us in a motel miles from our destination. My grandchildren were tired and hungry so I chose to bring them back home! We were all upset that we didn't get to experience the cabins at Turner Falls!

Stayed for 2 days, there no phone signal. The tv and satellite didnt work. Only 2 light bulbs worked. I had to take light bulbs from the back and front porches just to have light in the bathroom and kitchen. No parking. I had to move large rocks just to park in the grass other wise i would blocked the road. 60 percent of the trim around the roof was covered in wasp nests. And how close it was to the highway i would get woken up from the traffic. I urge everyone to not rent the cabins.

WE CANCELLED!! We had no information on which cabin we were to stay in and after repeated phone calls all we could get was a recorded message to visit the web site. After several hours of frustration, we gave up and drove 235 miles back home to Texas. If anyone even thinks about renting a Cedarvale cabin, don't do it.

The property needs to be updated. I’d compare it to a nice camping. Good water pressure in the shower. However, cabin needs to be maintained and cleaned better. The AC window units need to have the filters cleaned if not replaced. I left with sinus issues from the filth. For the price it should’ve been better.

It was a very old property, not well maintained. Can you imagine a property without soap in that? There was no soap in the bathroom. The coffee maker was full of mold. The beds were small, and one of them had loose springs and ants on them. My daughter refused to sleep on that. Flush wasn't working in the bathroom. The kitchen hasn't any dishes/utensils or disposables. The closet door was broken and fell on my daughter when she just touched it. The TV wasn't working. We are really unhappy after paying a big amount for just one night. I won't recommend anyone.

The AC works great! The bathroom was okay. The refrigerator/freezer was cold and clean. Lots of light fiixtures/bulbs did not work properly. The ceiling fan in the bedroom sounds like the light cover is gonna fall and is so noisy. Cabin is very dated, needs lots of work.

Nothing mice toilet would not work holes in floor smoke alarm didn’t work . We amply stayed one night We had to go buy sheets for the bed.We are. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau. We have pictures They would not refund us the money for the second night.

The cabin was a cute and comforted place to get away for a couple of days. We enjoyed being able to relax. The cabin is secluded enough from traffic and we saw some deer and raccoons. The bed was super comfy, the shower a bit small, but works great. The burners on the kitchen stove need attention, a couple of them don't work. Bring dishes, utensils, cooking essentials.The porch/deck needs work...several boards need replaced and the railing isn't secure. Could be a hazard if you have kids and they lean on the railing. The A/C works well, water pressure is good...Overall, I would recommend staying there.

Everything was great . Place was clean and smelled great . Only thing was there were some ants on the sink but I know how hard it is to keep insects out in a rural area .

The property is older but very clean and in good condition. There is no office on site and calls to management go to voice message after 5pm. We arrived at 6pm and it took a while to figure it out. No text or email from them earlier that day. They did return my call after a while.

Good for the price, a few minutes drive to the place I visited, Turner Falls. What i did not like at all it was that the fridge, the dinning table and floor were so dirty. beds and bathroom were clean. The person who pick up the phone when i was having problems to open up the lock box to check in, she was so rude very unprofessional, she hanged up the phone on me. In general the cabin and outside if cabin was ok!

Cabin was very cozy, very spacious for 2, although there was no oven or plates to cook, and there was a tv yet it was not subscribed to cable so couldn’t use. Would stay again just be more prepared.
