    Me and my friend were travelling for the concert. We had requested for early check in and the hotel helped sort it out. When we arrived, the room was ready and the whole process was easy. The room was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay and will recommend staying here.

    Location is great and very convenient for shopping or travel into central London. Not many onsite facilities but there are a range of different restaurants. The room was okay and clean enough but I still had to do my own finishing touches. Overheard another guest explaining they found food left from two days before their stay which was quite off putting. Breakfast was okay, appreciate the chefs making personalised eggs. Would recommend for location but not much else stood out

    Maybe it was our bad luck that there has been a function in the top garden and the music was so loud that you could feel the building vibrating. In the future, it will be good to know that there is a function on the day to pre-empt potential customers

    Very clean, but with small communal space and breakfast like in Premier Inn. Expensive for what it is, but close to London Stadium if you happen to go for concert there. Gym is a dark hole, sufficiently equipped for a quick workout.
