The hotel itself is very nice and offers good value for money. However, perhaps because of the relatively low price, there is no housekeeping service at all during your stay. Luggage storage is also not available at all times, and if you need fresh towels, you have to go to the second floor and exchange them yourself during designated hours, which can be quite inconvenient. One important warning: I strongly recommend avoiding the roadside BBQ stall downstairs that only opens in the evening. We were a group of seven and were verbally quoted ¥4,500 per person for the BBQ set. There was no menu, and we were not told in advance what the set included or how much food would be provided. For seven people, we received only a rather small amount of meat and vegetables. None of us was full after the meal. We also ordered drinks separately, and our final bill was ¥40,000+. I understand that prices in tourist areas can be higher, but ¥4,500 per person for the amount of BBQ food we received felt extremely poor value for money, especially when there was no menu or explanation of the set beforehand. This was by far the most disappointing meal of our trip to Miyakojima. The hotel itself was a good experience overall, but I would definitely recommend eating somewhere else in the evening.

My son wet through his diaper and they told me there was no way to give me new bedding. Then, finally they gave me 2 sheets and no cover. Location was great. Office only open 3-9. Fridge/ freezer, stove top and washer in room.
