Pros: Excellent service, great staff, decent rooms, very clean, good location right in the city centre Cons: Can get noisy due to neighbouring bars, needs little tlc due to wear and tear

Simply perfect

Positives: Good room amenities, comfortable bed, good location.,Great breakfast staff service and the male Manager running the show is doing a great job, brilliant breakfast with al le carte menu. Negatives: Music playing from opposite the road did NOT stop and also the music of the Hotels Ground Floor area does NOT stop. Every evening music blasted till 2am and for three nights we heard a Boom Boom Boom in our ear drums like I was in a night club in room 405. Couldn't rest after venturing around Athens and coming back to a siesta time of 15:30 to hear music still blasting in the afternoon as well. Couldn’t rest for the new year evening after a busy day out in Athens. Very disappointing…. Hotel could have informed us that all day music will be on because of New Years and I wouldn't have a problem…. - Lame evening concierge/old security guard, my partner asked advice on anywhere to eat in the area. Didn't have anything to recommend or try or an app to order food from, whilst asking him the guy snubs my partner to talk to other hotel guests without paying any attention but trying to tell us to jog on. Poor customer service you need to train some of your staff if you want to call yourself a 5* star Hotel. - 1 toilet paper roll in our room ( first time seeing this in any of my hotel stays in the last 20years in a supposedly 5*star hotel) Sorry but I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel is lovely and well situated for the tourist traveler. But, it you are on business it is lacking. The hotel restaurant is loud until late at night and you can hear it in your room. There is a desk but not good for working with the short stool. The internet works most of the time but made zoom calls difficult. Without WiFi, my phone had no reception in my room.
