The property was dirty. There was food particles in the sink coffee left in the coffee pot. The linen was dirty, and there were used food containers under the bed.
The property itself was cute and spacious and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants

Close to beach. We arrived the day after a hurricane and the staff took extra additional measure to ensure clean up was in place.
