    On my stay, there was a huge group of kids who were shouting and running around during the day and late at night (10'sh). Not sure where the adult chaperones were (heard there were 2). When I complained, the staff shrugged and said "oh, it's normal for kids sir". During the day maybe. I thought it odd the adults were frolicking in the pool with the kids (pre-teens & teens). I checked out the following day, no refund of course but I was aware of that. The hotel is configured like most motels where the room window faces the corridor. Those are not balconies you see in the photo.

    I booked an overnight stay on April 10-11, 2026 for my wedding on April 11th. The room I stayed was clean, the aircon was functioning well, the bed was comfortable, clean bathroom, free toiletries, and complimentary tea and coffee. However, I was disappointed by the service. Some of the staff were rude particularly the lady assigned at the frontdesk on April 11, 2026. I was trying to order brekfast that morning and asked them to charge in my room. My husband was also checked in to the other room. However, the frontdesk was a bit hesitant and asked the exact question in Bisaya, "Are you going to pay it immediately? As you might be busy later during your wedding preparation." Such a disrespectful behaviour. She definitely knew I was coming back that evening as my husband was checked in until April 12th. Also, I did a photo/video shoot for my wedding same-day edit and the hotel collected 2,000 pesos for it. It felt so awkward doing it as the staff were walking around, delaying our shoot and the photographer/videographer needing to retake most angles. We used the lobby and it was uncomfortable with some strangers opening the door and walking around. I didn't like how I was treated when I requested for a late checkout and expressed the willingness to pay extra. The frontdesk refused to accommodate my request. However, when my husband who's a foreigner, spoke to them and asked for a manager, she was quick to approve. This is an example of a bad Filipino behaviour discriminating fellow Filipinos. I spoke to the staff when I checked out expressing my disappointment and although they apologised, the damage has been done.
