We enjoyed our stay. Our kids had lots of fun in the pool. We also enjoyed breakfast. We are looking forward for our next stay in here again. And hope that next time kids will have a breakfast section like nuggets and chips, but over all it’s great selection . Staff are accommodating too.

Road to property is disgusting. For a 4 star hotel access is absolutely terrible.

Road coming to hotel a muddy pothole filled goat path They should force all the hotels to pave that road . Parking minimal Staff all very friendly and helpful Restaurant hot as hell no aircon Not everyone wants to sweat and eat , fans do not help the humidity and heat . Hallway aircon only on sometimes 1 elevator down for work Cell service zero Cable TV. Not good Net slow as hell , drops out Beach a bit dangerous at night . Police right in front of hotel beach Agoda photos of outside do not match actual hotel . Pool is a safety hazard . Missing thousands of tiles . My son cut his finger on one No towels unless you chase someone to get them. No pool barstaff found Pool needs shut down its that bad . Water is clean but tiles not applied right . Staff all very friendly and helpful sadly the building feels dated and run down a bit . Built 2019 , Pool build was wrong on day 1 . No grout cement not glue used on tiles rusty poles . Designed poorly. Tiny spot to see beach Pressure on butt washer is good enough to slice you open or wash a dirty engine . Way to much !! Shower hot water pretty good. Room aircon great could make it snow View of beach . Below average Mostly rusty or solar roof panels. From 6th floor Price way to high for best Western and amenities. Too many competitors who offer much better . Won't stay again . But if you want to be in alone beach night-life it's probably OK compared to others Behind mcdo/jollybee on mainstreet sign hard to see . Airport shuttle on-site
