The door to the pool outside room didn’t always work. Had to call for service several times
The glass wall between room and bathroom was totally inappropriate. It was on the family side of resort, not the adult only. Anyone using shower would not want others in room to see into the bathroom.
Washcloths and towels were scarce and not very good.

Recommend for a family vacation. One issue i had was how slow the front security operates. Each time I ordered an Uber I need to let the front gate know, which is a good thing. To call front gate i need to ask the security to inform the Uber info. The guy takes his sweet time to inform.
