National at Reston Town Center

So glad I found this place! Just across the street from my cousin's condo so that we could easily spend Thanksgiving with my family. Super clean and tidy and safe. Such a lovely area with lots of restaurants and a CVS on the corner. I did not rent a car, but they provide parking. The gym is really nice! They also have a very nice family center with a pool table and air hockey which my son and I enjoyed. I would say only negatives were that it was a real pita to get into the condo. The key lock they provided did not open and I had to call several times. Fortunately a random guy in the parking area helped me, but I would not recommend their customer service. They did not pick up and were not very friendly when I finally reached them. The place itself is really nice, though I think they should supply more blankets and/or a duvet as my son and I were pretty cold at night. (They supply a sheet and a bedspread and 1 thin blanket). I would totally stay here again though, if only because for me personally it was so close to my cousin across the street and I did not have to uber from further away. Very nice people in the building tho at times was a bit noisy.

There are no grocery stores within walking distance of the neighborhood.

The carpets were cleaned right before we got there and remained wet for the 3 days we were there. And the smell if the wet carpet was terrible.
